COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

• Do not impersonate another person, crew, server, brand or organisation.
• Do not create a market for someone else's community without their involvement.
• A verified badge means only that a wallet proved control of a linked domain or account. It never means a publisher approved anything.

• Upload original artwork, or artwork you have the right to use.
• Do not use logos, characters, screenshots, UI, music or names belonging to a game publisher or any other rights holder.
• Do not upload or link to leaked, stolen or unreleased material from any game.
• Do not imply that a token represents ownership of anything you do not actually control.

• Only promise perks you can actually deliver, and say who delivers them.
• Do not present a community token as an investment, a security, or a share of anything.
• Do not promise returns, price floors, buybacks or guaranteed outcomes.
• Disclose paid promotion when you are being paid to promote something.

• No wash trading, self-dealing volume, or fake holder counts.
• No coordinated pump-and-dump campaigns.
• No pretending a market has backing, partnerships or endorsements it does not have.

• No harassment, threats, doxxing or targeted abuse.
• No hate speech or content that dehumanises people.
• No sexual content involving minors, under any framing. Reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
• No phishing links, drainer sites, malware, or anything that puts wallets at risk.

Reported markets are flagged and shown with a warning while they are reviewed. Depending on severity, outcomes range from an edit request to permanent removal of the market and the wallet's ability to create new ones.

Removing a market from VICEPAD does not and cannot remove a token from Solana. Always do your own checks before buying anything.

Every market page has a report link, and the report form takes intellectual property claims, impersonation, false affiliation and fraud. Reports are reviewed by people.
