• Publisher logos, wordmarks, characters, vehicles, artwork, screenshots, music or user-interface assets.
• Leaked, stolen or unreleased material from any game, in any form.
• Names or branding that imply an official relationship with a publisher or a real company.
• Tokens or collectibles presented as ownership of third-party in-game property or accounts.
• Artwork copied from another artist without their permission.

Every launch requires an explicit confirmation that the market represents an independently created community or asset, that the creator controls any intellectual property it uses, and that no affiliation with a game publisher is being claimed. Submitting that confirmation falsely is grounds for permanent removal.

The launch flow also blocks names and descriptions containing publisher trade marks before a market can be created.

If you own rights that you believe are being infringed on VICEPAD, send a notice to ip@vicepad.fun including:

• Your name, organisation and contact details.
• Identification of the work you own, with a link or copy where possible.
• The exact URL of the market, profile or comment you are reporting.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We act on complete notices promptly. Markets under review are flagged publicly while we look at them.

If your market was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the removed content, stating under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and providing your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Wallets that repeatedly list infringing content lose the ability to create markets on VICEPAD.

VICEPAD controls what appears on this website. It does not control the Solana blockchain. Removing a listing does not remove a token from the network, and no platform can undo an on-chain transaction.
